In recent years Tom has worked on the vendor side as Vice President of MSP best practices at Axcient – eFolder. While there Tom founded the MSP Ignition! program providing partners and prospects valuable content centered around sales and marketing. Under MSP Ignition! 22 MSP ignition webinars were created assisting MSPs with now to increase the effectiveness of their sales and marketing and achieve operational success.
In addition while at Axcient – eFolder Tom’s duties included training sales people in techniques that will resonate with the MSP community and serving as a sounding board for marketing efforts at training efforts directed at MSP partners. Tom continues to do work for Axcient – eFolder and is under contract working on a newly formed a MDF program providing funds and resources to valued partners. Tom works with partners to put on lunch and learns and trade shows and works with the partners to create content and speaks at these events as well.
